Clashes between two clans in Awdal state leaves 30 dead as both sides claimed victory.
Gadabursi and Issa clans are fighting the region over ownership of the Lughaye and Sayla Cities.
Both clans getting support from Djibouti Government and Somaliland administration as both authorities have deferences in recent months.
