At least 21 civilians including Children, Women and Elders massacred by Northeastern state forces at Ari’addeye town in Sool region.
The people were attacked with every weapons available to the hands of those attackers from Northeastern state forces on Monday 22 June 2026.
The victims weren’t expecting to be attacked, they didn’t prepared to resistance or even not understanding what to came for them.
It is a great tragedy in Ari’addeye town were those civilians massacred by state forces who were responsible for their security.
More than those killed were wounded but still unaccounted, officials from the Area said that still searching some missing people.
An entire town attacked, killed everyone except those fled for their lives and still in the bush.

1-Omar Abdullahi Barre, 2-Jama Deeq Haylale,3-Yusuf Mohamud Ahmed Boss,4-Hassan Shuuke,5-Farhan Abdullahi Faradhuub, 6-Geelle Jama Yusuf,7- Abdirashid Nuu Awkombe 8-Geed gal,9-Hassan dugsiye 10- Mohamed Mohamud Noor,11-Jama Qofal,12-Abdi Ali Farey, 13-khadar Buh,14- Mohamed Abdullahi Omar Geelle,15-Weysi Sharif, 16- Tinnite Absie Abdiqal,17-Halimo Osman Mohamed, 18-Abdikani Abdullahi Mohamed 19-Yasin Dahir Ali,20- Yasin Salad Ibrahim, 21-Omar Geelle.
These names verified and released by close relatives to the victims in Ari’addeye town.
The Northeastern state Officials didn’t comment this tragedy yet.
