Counter terrorism agency of Kenya accused him visiting Al shabab controlled areas and suspicious activities.
Osman Erdinc Elsek, a Turkish national, is accused of terrorism financing.
He has visited Al-Shabaab controlled areas in Somalia multiple times, Elsek has suspicious financial transactions.
Security agencies consider him a threat to the safety and security of Kenyans.
He is now in custody and waiting to arrange legal proceedings inside Kenya.
