Somalia’s Ras Kamboni and Kenya’s  Kiunga residents call both Governments of Somalia and Kenya to reopen the border between the two nations.
Communities from both towns and security agencies attended an integration football match between both communities in Ras Kamboni.
Officials from Kenya Coast Region and Jubbaland spoke there and called together both Governments to reconsider the life of the two communities which is connected by Geography.
The requested Governments not to effect their political decisions while their trade, health and education services are connected.
Kenya’s President William Ruto recently said that his Government will not reopen the border because of insurgents and insecurity from Somalia side.
