Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia Abdisalam Ali held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Gordan Grlić Radman, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, on the margins of the Dubrovnik Forum to discuss strengthening bilateral relations.
During the meeting, the two Ministers signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations, establishing a framework for regular political dialogue and enhanced diplomatic engagement between the two countries.
The Ministers welcomed the continued progress in bilateral relations since their meeting in Brussels in November 2025, including the accreditation of Somalia’s first non-resident Ambassador to Croatia, and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation and the growing partnership between the two countries.
