Two Al shabab terrorists members were defected and surroundred to the Security Forces at Waweyn vicinity in East of the Hiran Region.
Abdikarin Amin Nuur and Ibrahim Mohamud Mohamed said they decided to surround following increased operations against terrorists in the region from Somalia’s National Army and local forces.
According to the security Officials Abdikarin and Ibrahim were members and have two AK47 rifles.
The Federal Government of Somalia has clear strategy to deal with those defectors from the terrorists.
Thousands of defectors are in rehabilitation centres in Mogadishu where the Government is responsible for their life and develop their skills.
“Anyone decide to defect from the terrorists is welcome and will get good Government service.” Said outgoing President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
