The Puntland State of Somalia leader Said Abdullahi Deni announced that his administration suspended all agreements with federal government of Somalia.
Deni says he decided to halt Federal agreements with central government until Somalis come together and establish inclusive development.
“from today Puntland will be self-determined administration until Somalis come together and reestablish inclusive governance. ” said Deni.
He also said those hail fron Puntland and living in Mogadishu are workers and can’t represent Puntland state.
This decision follows after no breakthrough for the political talks and elections agreement.
The Federal Government and its opposition have failed to agree electoral model agreements.
