Somalia will resume livestock export to Iraq Foreign Minister of the Somalia said.
On the sidelines of the 52nd OIC Council of Foreign Ministers, H.E.Abdisalam Ali met Iraq’s Foreign Minister, H.E. Fuad Hussein, to discuss activating the bilateral joint committee and expanding economic and agricultural cooperation, with Somalia seeking to launch livestock exports to Iraq.
Somalia thanked Iraq for its hospitality and successful hosting of the Council, and reaffirmed its commitment to stronger ties with Baghdad.
With 7.2m Camel in Somalia world number one, Somalia is looking for new markets to increase it is export revenue.
