Refugees from Yemen and returning Somalis who fled the ongoing conflict in Yemen have arrived in the city of Bosaso, located in the Bari region.
The families traveled on boats from Aden and were welcomed at the port of Bosaso in the Bari region.
The Bosaso city administration stated that each Somali family is being assisted to reach their desired destination.
Additionally, the administration mentioned that they are collaborating with the UNHCR regarding the Yemeni refugees.
The renewed conflict in Yemen has caused thousands of Yemenis to flee to Somalia and Djibouti.
