First UAE Saudi Arabia direct conflict Yemen.

Share

UAE backed Southern Transitional Council forces have taken control of the city of Seyoun in Yemen’s Hadhramout province.

The takeover comes in the wake of a large-scale attack by UAE backed Southern Transitional Council against the Saudi backed tribal alliance that currently controls most of the area.

This represents the first direct conflict between UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council and Saudi-backed tribal alliance in Hadhramout.

Ansar Allah (Houthis) are not involved in the fighting, as they are not present in southern, eastern or central Yemen.

The main agenda of the United Arab Emirates in Yemen is to divide that nation into two nations as it was before 90s.

UAE backed STC forces increased attacks against Saudi Arabia backed tribe which show the tension between two allied countries against Houthis in 2014.

UAE involves several conflicts like Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, and Ethiopia.
