A. Offshore PSAs
1. TPAO – Türkiye, 3 blocks.
2. ExxonMobil + Shell: (USA + Netherlands)= 5 Old blocks (1988) Concession type – not PSAs
3. Liberty Petroleum = USA: 3 blocks.
4. Coastline Exploration: USA – 7 blocks.
B. Onshore PSAs
1. TPAO: Türkiye – 1 block ( Somali Government block)
Per the Ministry of Petroleum announcement later this year there are Licensing Round to International Oil and gas exploration companies.
