The out going East African Community chairman William Ruto announced that members of the East African Community states will pay the salaries of its representatives legislative Assembly.
Starting from the next Term the East African Community will pay allowances of the Assembly as salaries will pay by each Government.
Mr William  Ruto said that East African Community budget deficit may lead this decision, so that the current salary of the MPs will be used to run other activities of the Bloc.
This decision means newly joined Somalia will pay the salaries of its nine members representatives if accepted by the court that currently handling their case.
