Somalia’s outgoing president Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has accused Puntland state leadership on its policy relating fragmenting the country.
Speaking at the Somalia’s 66th independence day ceremony in Mogadishu president Hassan said “there is no communication currently between Federal Government of Somalia and Puntland state at all, the leadership in there decided to fragment and divide the country .”
He also denied that the Federal Government Army recruitment in Puntland is an agenda against Puntland existence a words said by Seid Dani on July 1st.
“The Boys we recruited there are part of Somali National Army, we are paying them for the past 8 to 7 months they aren’t threat to Puntland, it’s a false narrative created by the leadership in there.” Said Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
