MPs, Elders, Women and Youth blamed that attack to Jubbaland forces stationed inside KDF Camp in Mandera.
Officials called the Government to remove those Jubbaland forces within 72 hours, otherwise they will use force to expell those militias.
The reason behind this barbaric attack still unknown, but Mandera residents saying that it is ethnic tensions.
