Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud sent farewell message to the Uganda’s Army chief and Yuweri Museveni’s son Gen.Muhoozi.
Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud comments on Ugandan troop presence in Somalia a day after Ugandan army chief launched blistering attack on Turkey and threatened to pull out his troops from Somalia.
Hassan Sheikh Mohamud acknowledged Ugandan contributions to Somalia, thanked their sacrifice, fighting alongside Somali army.
He concluded by saying SNA was now able to take over security duties of the country and it was time to bid Uganda farewell.
President Hassan said Uganda is the only AUSSOM member paying its forces in Somalia.
