Somali National Army seizes Tooratooroow, the largest Al-Shabaab court in Lower Shabelle & Mogadishu region.
​The Somali National Army, specifically the Danab Commandos, has carried out a planned demolition operation in the areas of Tooratooroow, Caliyoow Baarow, Doonka, and Farsooley in the Lower Shabelle region.
​This operation targeted positions and hideouts where the terrorists were concealed.
During the operation, the army destroyed centers and shelters that the group had been using for mobilization and the planning of insecurity related acts.
​Officers leading the operation stated that the objective was to weaken the capabilities of the Al shabab and eliminate the bases they occupied in the areas where the operation took place.
