Somalia’s Cabinet ministers who hold two positions from Parliament and the Cabinet will lose on the positions per the new amendments constitution.
65.5% of the Cabinet will chose either the position of the Ministry or member of the Parliament.
Newly approved Constitution is suggesting that the Member of the Parliament can’t held Executive position, even if  the person interests to join the Executive, he should resign and leave his position as member of Parliament whether it is lower house or upper house.
From that Constitutional order more than 16 Ministers, state ministers and deputy Ministers will lose one of the their positions.
