The Federal Government of Somalia warns US and other International partners to avoid direct engagement with the Federal Member States after American company announced Somaliland-Puntland Center for counter-terrorism.
The Spirit-America announced this plan avoiding Federal Government.
Also US diplomatic and Security officials visited Puntland and Somaliland recently to accelerate this direct engagement.
But Somalia’s state Minister for Foreign Affairs Ali Omar said this decision is shortsighted and a risk to the region.
