Somalia’s lower house Speaker Aden Mohamed Nor Madobe speaking iftar gathering last night spoke about the new constitution and its effectiveness.
Mr Madobe calls the President and prime Minister to star enforcement of the new constitution day President signed it into the new constitution.
He mentioned that the constitution will enforce the day President signed and from that day any Government institution will get one year extension at the constitution says.
Mr Madobe accused opposition leaders committing treason and should be charged if they continue blaming the decision of the two houses session which approved the new constitution.
Opposition leaders accused the President and current Government of election delay, time extention and dragging the country into Chaos.
