Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Alparslan Bayraktar, announced that he held talks with Somalia’s Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Dahir Shire Mohamed, at the Ministry in Ankara ahead of the official visit of Somali President Hasan Sheikh Mohamud to Turkey.
