Somalia’s ambassador to Tanzania Ilyan Ali Hassan rejected reports of the 9 Somali MPs to EAC Parliament members rejected by the EAC court.
“It is not true that the EACJ has decided to reinstate the members of the FGS recently elected by the EALA Parliament.
The court has only postponed the time for issuing the final decision on the case.” Ambassador Ilyaas said.
Witnesses at the courtroom told media that case against nine Somali representatives rejected by the court after three of those prevented to contest filed lawsuit against results.
