the 16 page report clarified US adversary, terrorists and US alliances.
It reports that Somalia based Al shabab an al-Qaeda affiliate group is one of the Terrorist networks which US is facing.
At page 13 of the Whitehouse report US framed Al shabab terrorists as tribal-based insurgency.
Al shabab is fighting with Federal government of Somalia and AUSSOM for the last two decades but failed to maintain upper hand.
