On Wednesday, AUSSOM Burundian troops conducted a security patrol along Jowhar’s main road to enhance the region’s stability and counter Al-Shabaab threats.
The patrol focused on securing the critical Jowhar town-Airfield supply route, safeguarding civilians, and disrupting militant operations.
The operation maintained the free flow of traffic, enabling residents to safely conduct their business without disruption.
