Kuwait Football Association has invited Somali referee Omar Artan to officiate the final Zian Premier League match between Kuwait SC and Qadsia SC on June 29, 2026.
The Somali football federation has accepted the invitation, expressing gratitude for the initiative, KFA said in a statement on Saturday.
The match will witness the crowning of Kuwait SC as the Zain Premier League champions for the 2025/2026 season.

UEFA invited Artan to officiate Super Cup final between PSG and Aston Villa in 12 August.
