Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is expected to arrive in the Galmudug capital of Dhusamareb this week, from where he will proceed to the Xananbuure area in the Galgaduud region.
​The President is scheduled to attend a closing ceremony in Xananbuure for the training of several brigades of the Somali National Army.
​Meanwhile, the Commander of the Danab Forces has arrived in Dhusamareb, where plans are underway to welcome units from the PSF Puntland Security Force that recently joined the Somali National Army.
Puntland disarmed most of PSF forces stationed in Galkayo and Bosasso and sent them to jails.
