Reports are emerging that countries including Somalia are forming a new alliance similar to NATO.
Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Pakistan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Qatar, Indonesia, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, Libya, and others whose names have not yet been revealed are reportedly forming this new defense alliance.
The establishment of this new Muslim-led alliance came after the blatant and unprovoked attack on the unity and independence of Somalia and Yemen.
Among the new Alliance agreements include technology sharing and joint military capabilities.
This initiative aims to deepen regional defense ties.
