Somalia’s National Army Chief says the military defeated terrorists all fronts following recent coordinated operations against them.
Ibrahim Mohamed says Al-Shabab has been defeated and was unable to launch any attacks, citing the presence of defense minister Ahmed Moalim on the front line with SNA troops as evidence.
He calls those still remain in terrorists hands to surround and take the opportunity given by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
Mr Mohamud previously said that those young inside terrorists have an amnesty from the Government and called them to defect from the terrorists.
Army Chief said “recent nights defense Minister Ahmed Moallim Fiqi and I, sleep at frontlines with you.”
