For the fist time Turkish troops in Somalia joined a live combat with Al shabab at Jabad Godane army base on yesterday.
Sources inside the army confirmed that at least ten Turkish troops armed with modern weapons supported Somalia’s SNA forces fighting for to seize the base.
They were fought alongside Somalia’s National Army, but there is no casualties reported yet.
SNA and it’s allies secured the base Al shabab terrorists fled to the river side.
Jabad Godane is near Warsheekh district where Turkey Government selected to build its satellite launch center and spaceport.
