The United States of America has resumed training on Somalia’s DANAB (lightning) special Commandos at Ballidoogle airbase in Lower Shabelle region.
US halted logistical support and training on DANAB Commando forces over corruption related cases last year.
Somalia’s National Army land forces Commander Sahal Abdullahi alongside US and AUSSOM officials have witnessed the launching ceremony.
Those joined this training are the 12th batch of the DANAB Commando forces.
The Federal Government of Somalia and the United States aren’t commented yet if both side resolved the deferences related to the corruption cases.
