Somalia’s National Intelligence and security Agency has issued statement regarding three operations against terrorists in Hiran region last night.
Per NISA statement 26 terrorists killed the first at Mahas district, two other operations conducted at Mukeyle and Shaw vicinities, where one leader called Sadam was killed, also destroyed monitoring centre, weapons depots and several other places.
NISA alongside International partners from US and Türkiye recently increased operations against terrorists mostly focused on Hiran, middle and lower Shabelle region.
On other side airstrike conducted by the US killed three civilians in lower Jubba region at outskirt of Kismayo last night.
Officials from the area accused US African Command targeting innocents .
