Somalia’s Puntland state rejects any army recruitment inside its controlled area to join Federal army.
Ilyas Lugatoor the deputy leader of Puntland state said that Federal army don’t allowed to operate or recruited inside Puntland.
Also Mr Lugatoor said that Federal Officials heal from Puntland can’t hold Conferences any part of Puntland.
He calls regional mayors, security officials and other state agencies to apprehend Officials from Federal Government when they came to Puntland.
But after his remarks one of those Federal Government Officials from Puntland told him to bring Boocame or back to it.
Mr Lugatoor is from Northeastern state and Boocame is a vicinity Northeastern where Puntland administration can’t operate right now.
This week 370 soldiers recruited by Federal government joined its army in Mudug region.
