Kenyan President William Ruto stated that the decision to return Somali Soccer Referee Omar Abdulkadir Artan from the United States was a mistake against the whole of Africa, and he described it as a injustice insult.
Mr Ruto accused FIFA and the United States of America wronged to Africa through that action.
Most African influenced people said that US actions against Referee Omar Abdulkadir Artan was racist and insult to whole Africa.
After US decision and silence of the FIFA, EUFA announced that Omar Abdulkadir Artan is selected to officiate the super cup final between PSG and Aston Villa on 12 August.
