On November 19, the Special Forces Commandos of DANAB carried out a well-planned operation in the Buula Madiina area under Afgooye district in the Lower Shabelle region.
This operation targeted the remnants of the Khawaarij militant groups lurking in the area, who were causing harm and pressure to the local population.
During the operation, DANAB forces eliminated notorious criminals in Buula Madiina, including:Kuusow (Zarqaawi), responsible for organizing and activating Khawaarij militants.
Abdulkadir (Camey), the financial and economic leader of Khawaarij in Buula Madiina.Yacquub Yuusuf, local militia leader who consistently oppressed and persecuted the community.
Additionally, two other criminals were wounded in the operation:
Cabdirashiid, in charge of collecting extortion funds under the guise of zakat from poor people.
Saalim, a guard of the Khawaarij leaders.The two wounded were taken to the Daaru Salaam hospital, but due to their critical conditions, they could not be saved.
The DANAB Commandos intensify their operations against the Khawaarij remnants, committed to ensuring the security of the Somali people and stability in the Lower Shabelle region.
