Mr. Mohamed Amin, Director of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, was elected as the INTERPOL Executive Committee as Africa’s Delegate.
Mr. Amin’s victory, earned against strong competitors from several African States, reflects the trust member states place in Kenya’s professionalism, integrity, and commitment to collective safety, Musailia Mudavadi said.
By joining the INTERPOL Executive Committee, the body that supervises the implementation of General Assembly decisions and oversees the General Secretariat, Mr. Amin places Kenya at the center of shaping the future of international policing.
