Somalia’s National Intelligence and security Agency NISA released press statement detailing successful operation against Al-Shabaab militants network in Mogadishu and Afgoye district.
NISA said it received information of the al shabab plans to disrupt the security of the capital Mogadishu.
Operations conducted by Special NISA units in Kaxda, Deynile, Garasbaley,Darsalam and Afgoye districts leads foiled terrorists plans.
Also NISA displaced weapons seized during the operation.
The statement calls public to be vigilant and contact NISA Information centre to report suspicious activities in Mogadishu.
