The Prime Minister of Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Yemen, Afrah Al-Zuba, in Doha, where they discussed strengthening bilateral relations and the regional situation.
​The meeting specifically focused on the security of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, with an agreement to strengthen cooperation among coastal countries regarding maritime safety, counter-terrorism, smuggling, and piracy.
PM Hamza is in Doha for a week long visit, where he met Qatari Amir and other Qatari Officials .
They focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Somalia and state of Qatar and also regional stability.
